The Indonesian Postgraduate Leadership Forum (FORPIMPAS) initiated the Open Journal System (OJS) training. The event was held at the Undip Postgraduate School, TTB B Building, 6th Floor, Friday, and Saturday (21 and 22/09). The training participants are 42 editors from various postgraduate journals throughout Indonesia including from Sebelas Maret University, Syiah Kuala University, Nusa Cendana University, Cenderawasih University, and Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. As the host of the training, Undip representatives were attended by editors of the Journal of Community Health Epidemiology (JEKK) Master of Epidemiology and Journal of Business Information Systems (JSINBIS) Master of Information Systems.

Dean of the Undip Postgraduate School Prof. Dr. Ir. Purwanto, DEA in his remarks thanked the speakers and participants who had attended. He hopes that with this training Postgraduate journals throughout Indonesia have good electronic journal management and have the potential to become accredited journals both nationally and internationally. The speakers in the OJS training were Prof. Dr. Istadi, S.T., M.T. (National Accreditation Journal assessor and Chief Editor of the Bulletin of Chemical Reaction Engineering & Catalysis, indexed by Scopus and ESCI) and Eko Didik Widianto, S.T, M.T. (Chief Editor of the Journal of Technology and Computer Systems, accredited by Kemenristekdikti).

Prof. Dr. Istadi, S.T., M.T said that editors play an important role in maintaining the quality of content substance, language standardization, and consistency of layout in every article published by the journal. He also reminded that a fatal mistake that is often encountered in journals is when the journal article does not conform to the style of cheating as standardized in the journal and is in the writing instructions. Besides, guidelines for journal accreditation are also presented at the national and international levels.

For the practical session, the online article review process at OJS was delivered by Eko Didik Widianto, S.T, M.T. He provides practice related to layout arrangement, the editing process, DOI registration, and procedures for uploading review documents.
